Facilitators

Jarin Wadiwalla

Jarin is a trained yoga teacher, sound bath facilitator, and vibrational tuning fork therapist. She enjoys creating loving space for people to explore their most authentic selves.

She believes deeply in the healing frequencies of the waves and shore. While going through her first major loss in life, she realized that there was not an affordable support group available to her and how desperately people need access to this.

Through her searching, she found The Waves of Grief Collective™ and became a community grief circle facilitator. Now, her goal is to hold that gentle and safe space for people to connect and be witnessed in their grief, exactly as they are, with love and acceptance.

Waves of Grief Second Sundays is a donation based year-round Ocean + Surf Therapy program that allows for flow and meaningful connection supported by the ocean and hosted by our global Waves of Grief Collective, a community of licensed clinicians, healers, community leaders, and those navigating their own grief and wanting to hold space to come together with community to reduce the feelings of isolation and loneliness that accompany grief and loss.

We offer opportunities to engage with nature as a supportive element in the grief journey and tools for participants to cultivate their own sustainable, nature-based therapeutic practices.
